Customer Success Trainer (f/m/d)

Your role
As a Customer Success Trainer (f/m/d) at Workpath you will be part of a strong and driven team that ensures the Workpath platform and our services are constantly advanced and leveraged successfully to drive our customers transformation. As a Customer Success Trainer you will advise and train our customers in agile management frameworks. You will further develop our enablement formats and therefore own a key part of the overall customer experience. This will include conducting workshops, trainings and consulting the customer at core steps of its transformation.
In this role you will
  • Enable our customers by advising and training them in the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology and implementation
                                
  • Conduct a variety of training formats focusing on team and leadership level in order to build healthy communities of internal change agents - one of the key success factors in driving our customers transformation efforts
                                
  • Measure and monitor the impact of our training formats, develop new ones, advance existing ones and collaborate on the development of strategic frameworks with the team
Your profile
  • Analytical thinking, structured work style and the ability to learn and adapt fast
                                
  • Experience with agile collaboration models and training in the context of agile methodologies and organizational practices in established companies
                                
  • Very strong communication (German and English, verbal & written) and presentation skills, confident personality with passion in building sustainable relationships with customers
                                
  • Sincere enthusiasm to learn new things and to inspire others to do the same
                                
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel in Germany or internationally
