Customer Success – Internship (6 months) (f/m/d)

Your role
As a Customer Success intern (f/m/d) at Workpath you will be part of a strong and driven team that ensures the Workpath platform and our services are constantly advanced and leveraged successfully to drive our customers transformation. As an intern in the Customer Success team you will actively support a Customer Success Manager in their work of guiding and consulting organizations along their introduction of the Workpath Platform, the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology as well as their overall journey towards an agile network organization.
In this role you will
  • Work closely with a Customer Success Manager in their role of managing and consulting organizations along the entire customer life cycle ranging from the introduction of our software and services to guidance along their transformation journey
                                
  • Actively work on and own pieces of work in a combination of operative and strategic settings, such as communicating with customers, creating training formats and services, working on strategic frameworks or support in setting up processes for our growing team
                                
  • Process requests from customers and solve their challenges in a professional and friendly manner while supporting the strategic development of our customer support services
Your profile
  • Analytical thinking, structured work style and the ability to learn and adapt fast
                                
  • Currently enrolled in Master or advanced Bachelor studies at a top tier university
                         
          
  • Previous internship / working student experience in fast paced environment
                                
  • Hands on mindset and ability in regards to creating and producing output (e.g. presentations, concepts, texts etc.) both individually and as part of a team
                                
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (fluent in German and English)
